In October 2011, we actively started the production of kraft paper bags for bread and flour products for the first time in Azerbaijan.
In the following periods, we successfully continued the production of various types of paper bags.

Paper Production Process:

1. Selection of Raw Materials:
   The main stage of paper production is the preparation of natural raw materials (e.g., cellulose). These materials are then processed and turned into paper sheets.
2. Design and Printing:
   Logos or information are printed on the bags according to customer requirements.
3. Cutting and Shaping:
   The paper sheets are cut into the shape of bags using special cutting machines and assembled.
   Since various types of paper bags can be recycled, they are considered environmentally superior and a healthier choice compared to plastic bags.

Paper bags are widely used in various production areas and are preferred mainly for being environmentally friendly.
The production of paper bags consists of several stages, each serving different purposes.

 

1. Paper Bags for the Food Industry:
   These bags are mainly designed for the transportation and storage of food products.
   a. Bread or Confectionery Paper Bags:
   Thin paper bags used for bread, cakes, and other flour products.
   b. Fast Food and Takeaway Bags:
   These bags are made of thick paper and are intended for fast food, pizzas, and sandwiches. They have thermo-insulation properties to retain the temperature of the food.
   c. Paper Bags for Meat, Fish, and Seafood:
   • Allows air to pass through and prevents moisture buildup.
   • Prevents food odors.
   • Keeps products clean and protects them from environmental bacteria.
   • Helps prolong the freshness of the food.
   • Plays a crucial role in protecting nature and regulating a clean ecological life.
2. Paper Bags for the Clothing Industry:
   These bags are usually used in clothing stores.

   Clothing paper bags are mainly:

   Paper bags widely used in markets are usually large and sturdy.
   They are used as an ecological alternative to plastic bags.

5. Paper Bags for Industrial and Construction Materials:
